Pro includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You're charged when it ends unless you cancel first.
+Why pick annual billing?
It costs less: Pro annual saves $58 a year and Premium annual saves $158 a year compared with paying monthly.
+Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Manage billing on your Subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
+What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
+What if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period to update your card before your plan pauses.
+Who handles my card?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Mastaizflo2.0 never sees or stores your full card number.
+Do you give refunds?
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid aren't refunded. Contact us if you think you were charged in error.
