01 Who we are
These terms are between you and Mastaizflo2.0, the business that runs this software and website. "We" and "us" mean Mastaizflo2.0. Contact us through the form on our Contact page.
02 What Mastaizflo2.0 is
Mastaizflo2.0 is software that helps you run an automated trading strategy on your own Hyperliquid account. We sell access to the software. We never hold, move or have custody of your funds, and we cannot withdraw from your account.
03 Not financial advice
Nothing in Mastaizflo2.0 is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Simulated, paper or past results do not guarantee future results. You decide whether and how to trade.
04 Risk of loss
Trading perpetual futures is risky. You can lose some or all of the money in your trading account, quickly. Leverage increases losses as well as gains. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
05 Your account
You must be 18 or older and allowed to trade where you live. Keep your login and two-step verification safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
06 Trading keys
You may connect a trade-only key. Keys that can withdraw funds are rejected. You can revoke a key at any time from Hyperliquid or from Mastaizflo2.0.
07 Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Pro includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers; you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your card before your plan pauses.
08 Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded. Contact us if you think you were charged in error.
09 Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it for anything illegal.
10 No guarantees
The software is provided as is. Markets, exchanges and networks can fail or behave unexpectedly, and the bot may not perform as described. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
11 Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
