01 Who we are
Mastaizflo2.0 runs this software and website and is responsible for your data. "We" and "us" mean Mastaizflo2.0. Contact us through the form on our Contact page.
02 What we collect
Your email address and sign-in details, your plan and billing status, your bot settings, and basic usage and security logs. If you connect a trading key, we store it encrypted.
03 Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
04 Trading keys
Trade-only keys are encrypted on our servers and never sent back to your browser or written to logs. We show only the last 4 characters. You can delete or replace a key anytime.
05 How we use it
To run the service, keep your account secure, bill you, send receipts and important notices, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal data.
06 Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run Mastaizflo2.0 (hosting, payments, email), under contracts that protect your data, or when the law requires it.
07 Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-step verification is available for every account.
08 Your choices
You can delete your account yourself from the Account page; this also erases your trading key and bot history. To see, correct or export your data, contact us. Some billing records must be kept for tax and legal reasons.
09 Changes
We'll tell you about material changes to this policy by email or in the app.
